ReSourceYYC is pleased to share our co-working space with Parens Oil Corp. Parens Oil Corp. is a group of oil and gas profe

ssionals whose focus is to acquire and develop quality light oil assets. They are made up of a management team of seven, each with up to 30 years of oil and gas experience in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin.

Parens objective is to create value during challenging industry conditions by construction of an asset base well positioned for the commodity rebound. They seek and evaluate opportunities that fit the team’s experience. With having their office at ReSourceYYC in Calgary, their prior success and current area of investigation is Southeast Saskatchewan.

The Parens team members include President, Barb McAuliffe who works in the geological side of the business, Trevor Tomkins and Jeff MacLeod who work with of all the engineering components of Parens Oil Corp, Jocelyn Desmarais has a background in land which plays into her job role at Parens Oil Corp. Other member of Parens are John MacLeod, Mark Shaw , Mike McAuliffe who have geological roles and in addition Director, Stephen Calderwood. They have been working together since March 2016. This team of professionals contributes to the lively atmosphere at ReSourceYYC.
